What Is Sales Watch and Who Is It For?

Sales Watch is a field work visibility and fraud prevention tool developed by Software System Solutions (SSS). It is designed for distributors and companies that rely on sales representatives in the field, helping supervisors gain better visibility, improve accountability, and protect revenue.

How Do I Join Sales Watch?

To get started, your company can contact us to request a demo or trial setup. Once registered, we will provide your company with admin credentials along with our onboarding material. From there, Admins can set up users, add stores, and assign schedules for sales representatives.

Sales Watch is offered as a subscription service. Pricing is based on the number of users. For more details, please reach out to our team.

What Data Does Sales Watch Collect?

To operate effectively, Sales Watch requires your company’s store database and visit schedules. In the field, the system collects location and timestamp data from sales representatives, along with photos taken during store visits.

The data collected is strictly limited to what’s necessary to deliver our services and support ongoing improvements. This includes check-in/check-out records, visit schedules, task-related photos, and basic device information. We do not collect personal content such as messages, unrelated photos, or private files.

Where Is This Data Stored?

Your data is securely stored on trusted cloud servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Access is tightly controlled, and all storage and handling practices follow applicable data protection laws and industry standards to ensure security, reliability, and availability.

How Is This Data Protected?

We apply industry-standard security practices to keep your data safe, including secure login credentials and role-based access control. Admins, analytics users, and sales representatives only have access to the information relevant to their roles.

In addition, we actively monitor for suspicious activity to help prevent unauthorized access or misuse of data.

Is It Possible to Request to Delete This Data?

Users may request to have their data removed at any time. However, because Sales Watch operates as a company-managed platform, we may not be able to honor deletion requests for data that is still relevant to a client company’s ongoing operations such as visit records or photos tied to active accounts.

If data is approved for deletion, it will be permanently erased from our systems and cannot be recovered, ensuring full removal.

What Are Our System Requirements?

For our web app, any modern browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox will do. No installation is required. Simply log in through a browser with an internet connection.

The Sales Watch mobile companion app runs on Android devices with version 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher. For optimal performance, we recommend using a device with at least 2GB of RAM and a stable internet connection.

How Long Does Onboarding Take?

Most companies complete onboarding within a few days. Admins can quickly upload store lists and visit schedules in bulk, while sales representatives simply log in and begin to use the app.

Is the Companion App Available on iOS?

Currently, the Sales Watch mobile companion app is only available for Android devices and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. iOS support is not available at this time.

Does the Companion App Work Offline?

Yes. Sales representatives can continue working offline or in areas with poor signal, with data stored locally on their devices. When an internet connection is restored, the app automatically syncs this data to our broader system. The Sales Watch mobile companion app will remain fully functional even if the web app is temporarily unavailable.

Does Sales Watch Have Resellers?

No, Sales Watch is currently sold exclusively directly through our company. However, we do offer a referral program where clients can earn credits by referring new customers. Please contact our team for more information.

What Languages Does Our System Support?

We always prioritize ease of use. The Sales Watch mobile companion app is available in Indonesian, while our web app is designed with both English and Indonesian users in mind. We aim to provide a smooth experience for all users across our platforms and continue to refine our language support.
